WASHINGTON (Reuters)-small business creates the most jobs in March in about a year, a survey showed on Thursday, leaving the fourth month straight solstisnya solid gains in nonfarm jobs.

The National Federation of independent business survey says small businesses found that 757 average number of employees per company increased by 0.2 workers-the highest since January and February 2011-after being flat in February.

The survey was published ahead of the release of the Government’s more comprehensive nonfarm payroll count on Friday. Nonfarm Employment might increase 203,000 in March, according to a Reuters poll, after rising 227,000 in February.

That will mark the longest stretch payrolls rise topping 200,000 since 1999. The unemployment rate is considered low in the three years of holding the 8.3 percent.

“Overall, the March survey anticipate some strength in numbers the creation of jobs with little change in the unemployment rate,” said NFIB in a statement.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.-planting corn or soybean planting before the beginning of the date could move at risk for farmers with a certain type of crop insurance, Purdue extension agricultural economist said.

According to the U.s. Department of Agriculture’s risk management agency, Indiana and Ohio farmers with crop insurance plans individual has no coverage of replanting on maize planted before April 6, or soybeans planted before April 21. That means if the plant were damaged or destroyed, the insurance will not cover the cost to replant it.

“One thing the crop insurance policies intended to do to promote farmers to follow agricultural practices are good,” said George Patrick. “Planting before this date run higher risk of loss, so it’s not recommended by crop insurance.”

Early planting protection plan does not apply to the risks or income in the county-based group.

“If the producers with individual insurance plans follow the rules and do not plant them too early and crops destroyed, they will receive the payment of the cost of replacing the seed,” says Patrick.

But in the case of maize, poor 2011 growing conditions mean that the extra seeds will probably not be available for replanting, said Alan Galbreth, Chief Executive of the Indiana Association for crop improvement.

“Maize seeds results last summer down 20-30 percent, production of South America this winter have yet to meet the expectations of the results, and seed stock carryover stock is lower than normal before last summer’s production issues,” he said. “There has to be enough seeds for planting, but a hybrid option and maturity range is somewhat limited right now and can be very limited for replanting seeds.”

While the crop insurance plans and early seedling orders must be purchased now, it is still important for producers to talk to an insurance agent and representatives of seeds to fully understand what risks they face if they choose to plant early.
